I've merged with my local repository but:

the binary for darwin are not added to the repository as I can not generate it
in pp.md I keep the Linux binary download link unconditional (maybe I'll try to find a better way to reference precompiled binaries). If you have a link to the darwin binaries I can add it to the documentation.
