Can you provide specifics on the granularity expected?

This question relates to the following business need - As a Regulator, I would like the capability to grant security access to the system / data elements in a granular manner.

From a regulatory perspective, the state would like the ability to define multiple user roles that would have access to only that data necessary to do their jobs.

As such,, the state would like the ability to specifically define the data that users can view based on their role.
