MacOS Arm64 error message/security issue on open

Managed to solve this while typing up the issue, leaving it here for reference or potentially adding it to the Readme.

System

macOS Monterey 12.4 Macbook Air M1 2020

Reproduction

After downloading the zip, attempt to open the application in place (downloads folder) or after moving to the Applications folder. I receive the following error:

What didn't work

• Open an app by overriding security settings
• Disabling gatekeeper

Solution

Clearing extended attributes xattr -cr /Applications/materialserver.app

I'm on Monterey 12.5 and can confirm this worked.
