This PR solves :

shift issue when using cartesian sampling. Hence Cartesian and non-Cartesian sampling have the same convention (k_space center == DC)
Multiple coils can be used as it is the case for nonCartesianFT
Multidimensional FFT operation can be made

This solves #8

I think this PR does more than what you said right? I see also a name change related to the fact that we accept now multiple coils in the FFT op.
