Fix pysap_gridSearch scripts to work with new flow #69

This issue will track fixing of gridsearch of right parameters from a space as defined by user through the use of config files. With new API changes, this is quite important to be done. This issue will also track #6 #2 as it is a more common issue at this point, will close the older bugs as they are quite stale at this point. Please reopen if needed.

Adding label of testing as we would want to have this coded run on travis and test to prevent failures again once fixed

This issue has been addressed and we have a working new flow for gridsearch and also and example script at https://github.com/CEA-COSMIC/pysap-mri/blob/master/examples/gridsearch_launch.py.
