Add Gridsearch code scripts and remove old codes that are now invalid #78

This fixes the issue #69 by defining a new methodology to define arguments to a script which later iterates through cases. Adding Zac right now for review of codes, however, I am thinking of getting at least one travis test up to ensure sanity in the meantime.
