Questions:

Do we want to actively maintain? or just mirror?

Similar to #166, maybe we just load it directly from this file?

Here's an example of loading the community fridges and treating them like locations from Airtable (using the black markers):

@danmillr If we go this route I think we'd mostly just want to pick a color for them and include it in styles + the figma file that generates the map markers. What do you think?
