Hi,
If you make the label for "Pre-K Status Indicator" a bit more generic then maybe it can be used to indicate other grade-specific info in the future? The option set for now could be "PREK, OTHER" to meet the immediate need.
For Funding Percent - does there need to be a way to indicate which specific budget code is reference? Is this conceptually a sub-entity to allow a list of budget codes and associated percentages?

Martin, For Funding Percent it is related to the budget code (s) used for funding a position. I will update the request as it should be moved to K12>LEA>Finance.

Use Case Title Request for new staff position elements
Use Case Description Districts create positions that contain the details for staff employment. Districts capture data on positions for purposes of budgeting, planning, and reporting. This information is about the positions and not the staff in them.
Position Identifier – A unique number or alphanumeric code assigned to a position by a district, school, state, registry, or other agency or entity.
Position Identification System - A coding scheme that is used for identification and record-keeping purposes by schools, social services, registry, or other agencies to refer to a position.

Pre-K Status Indicator - An indication that the position works with Pre-Kindergarten students.
Budgeted Annual Salary - The annual salary that is budgeted for the position.
Months of Employment – The months of employment budgeted for the position.
Hourly Rate - The budgeted hourly rate for the position.
Standard Hours Per Year – The total number of work hours in a year budgeted for this position.
Standard Hours Per Day - The total number of work hours in day budgeted for this position.
