While I initially learned that IEP means "Individualized Education Plan" I have come to learn that it usually means "Individualized Education Program."
General: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Individualized_Education_Program WA State: https://www.k12.wa.us/student-success/special-education/family-engagement-and-guidance/individualized-education-program-iep
Please consider this before adopting the spelling out of IEP.
@4pins Thank you for reading the use case, your comments, and references. I modified the use case to state Individualized Education Program.
This is for capturing needs not currently supported by the CEDS model. Please do not send or share actual data as examples in this issue or in attachments.

Use Case Background CEDS Version 11 updated changes to CEDS Naming Conventions to eliminate the use of acronyms. To reduce confusion and maintain clear naming standards, all words must be spelled out. Acronyms will not be used. Comparability of meaning is most critical for implementation; however, consistent and clear naming can make it easier to compare data across systems and domains of systems.
In Version 11, updates were made to the DES to spell out EL to distinguish Early Learning and English Learner.
