Use Case Title Add Existing CEDS Element Dislocated Worker Status to Workforce Domain
Use Case Description Add Dislocated Worker Status (a current CEDS element) to the Workforce domain. Definition: An individual who has been terminated or laid off, or who has received a notice of termination or layoff from employment, or an individual who was self-employed but is unemployed as a result of general economic conditions in the community in which the individual resides or because of natural disasters. Options Set: Yes/No
Use Case Background The Workforce Workgroup proposes the addition of Dislocated Worker Status to identify the participant’s Dislocated Worker Status while in a workforce program. Similar to Dislocated Worker Status used in Adult Education -> AE Student -> Status
