Is C200246 Organization Name needed at all #35

Would it make any difference if each of the different Names/Titles that have C200246 Organization Name in their domain just had the relevant class in their domain?

In other words if the domain of P000067 Course Title were Course, that of P000204 Organization Name were Organization, and so on?

That would fix #34

I like this approach. We should maybe consider doing this for other elements, too, like organization and person identifiers.
