This pull request (as name suggests) reformats the SWT according to our Contribution Guide. Establishes a routine for pylint. Adds .gitignore and cleans the repo of unnecessary files. Adds a MIT license.
At the time of this pull request, the score is 9.60/10, mainly because of:
missing docstrings in some functions (parametric pumping functions and tacchi private functions), I don't want to disable this error in pylintrc, bcs it gives useful input. I suggest we complete the docstrings in near future.
too many instance attributes of the DispersionCharacteristic class, we might suppress this, as it's necessary for our module to have his many attributes imho.
