User cannot run SMOKE for biogenic emissions for more than 5 days using EDGAR data for a domain in Paraguay. More info here: https://forum.cmascenter.org/t/smoke-run-halts-on-temporal-process/2540

This seems to be partially solved and imposed by user specific limitations and a large domain/datasets.
