Gentpro updates to generate county-level meteorology inputs for the Farm Emissions Model (FEM) simulations.

Gentpro needs an update to generate daily averaged or summed meteorology (temperature, RH, and precipitation) inputs for the FEM. Currently Gentpro outputs temporal profile (fraction) values instead of actual raw values. So, new flags are needed to optionally output meteorology values using the following flags"

• AVG_RAW_OUTPUT_YN [default: N]

  Y: Outputs the averaged raw values from MCIP

• AVG_RAW_OUTPUT_YN [default:N] : Only applicable when AVG_RAW_OUTPUT_YN is set to Y.

  Y: Outputs the averaged raw values from MCIP. It is specifically designed for precipitation which should be summed.
