Tony please review and create a new build for us to test. This pull request contains the wrfout datasets required to do the Fine Scale Model Output Visualization. I have also updated the release notes.

Do we have some statements in the new document regarding VERDI's new feature to visualize the MPAS mesh files? If not, we need to add it in and include an example mesh file (/work/MOD3DEV/dkj/Verdi/example_files/x1.40962.grid.nc) in the new build. Thanks.

Yes, agree with Yadong for excluding the aircraft data overlay and including the fixed issue for saving/opening projects.
