Delete button for entities [JIRA CVRE-151] #152

Now if we have already marked entities Places and Organizations, they could not be deleted, we can delete them in the text of html.

if you delete the entity inside the text or the html and this entity does not appear in any other document or a note in the project then is going to be deleted automatically and as result you won't see it at the tree structure.
