Tagged Entities disappear after changes of the main text [JIRA CVRE-152] #153

If you have put a text and have tagged all the entities, everything works fine. If you apply afterwards changes to the main body of the text, f.ex. putting paragraphs or deleting them, then the tagged entities disappear. In the html code, the element is being saved, but the other elements (f.ex. ) are being deleted.
