Create link to AtoM in the NTE [JIRA CVRE-182] #183

If a user wants to change from the NTE to AtoM, he can either go via the portal or use a link to AtoM he saved. It would be easier to put a link to AtoM into the top row of the NTE, maybe between "Browse" and "About", to enable users to easily switch to AtoM (open link in new tab).
