Entity descriptions are not synchronized [JIRA CVRE-191] #192

  1. Create a note and add some text to the note.
  2. Mark an entity (i named the entity of type Organization DARIAH)
  3. Used the entity window-pop to edit the entity
  4. Entity was "created" but displayed on the left tree in navigation bar only after i explicitly saved the note (confusing, was not advised that i should save the note after i closed the pop-up window, which had a button "Update")
  5. Create a document and add some text to it
  6. Mark in text same entity Organization "DARIAH" (absolutely same as 2)
  7. In the pop-up window i can search for DARIAH in Name (not intuitive) to find me as a "topic" but not as an "Organization"
  8. Irrelevant if i link via Step7 or not, i always get at the end same reesult when I click on "Entities" and Organization: 8.1. I get "DARIAH" in the list of organization entities 8.2. Its correctly recognizes that it is in 2 documents 8.3. None of the metadata (description) i provided in the 2 documents is displayed (these are displayed only if i am in the document only) 8.4. I added separate description via Entity description screen (see screenshot)

Problem 1: None of descriptions provided in 8.4 or 8.3 (as result of tagging a word DARIAH and using popup window to update the description in 1 note and 1 document) was synced - in fact seems i have 3 entities and 3 different descriptions? (with same name=DARIAH)

Problem 2: I could not save the Entity description without a resolution link (I get "Internal Server Error")
