Allow upload of file typs [JIRA CVRE-193] #194

User would like to share their research bibliographies; in order to enable this, the upload of the following file formats should be allowed: .enl .enw .bibtex .ris

Furthermore, the following formats should be allowed as well since they are commonly used by researchers: .odt .ods .doc .pptx .xml .csv

Done, although I am not sure how to accept specifically enl, enw, and .ris since they have no official "mime type". The other ones are accepted now.
