Facet title lost when scrolling through facet values [JIRA CVRE-200] #201

When a facet gets more values, eg. Project facet, i get a scroll list. Scrolling however goes together with the Facet title, and the Facet title is lost. This is confusing, as I would expect to always see the facet title and scroll only through facet values.
