A tub "Status" in a Note [JIRA CVRE-215] #216

If one goes to a note, then there is a tab “Status (Open)” (right to the tab “Entities”) with three options (Open, Closed, Hibernating), when one choose the option and tries to save the note, nothing happens.

There should be provided information on what this tub is good for or this tub could be removed.
