Images are not shown in Edit Mode [JIRA CVRE-218] #219

In notes, images are not being displayed while the user is in "Edit Mode". In documents, it is just vice versa: images are not displayed in "Read Mode" if you open the Image viewer; images can only be seen in the Image Viewer while being in "Edit Mode"

Fixed, except images appear in a new tab for now.
