Insert links in notes correctly [JIRA CVRE-223] #224

Links to other pages within the environment are not set correctly by the NTE: It automatically puts ../../../../ - the result is that readers are being redirected to the Error page of the NTE.

Can you tell me how you inserted the link in the first place? Did you copied from the URL bar and pasted in the document?

Yes the link was copied from the browser's address bar and pasted into the "Insert/Edit Link" Window. In the given example the link https://notes.cendari.dariah.eu/cendari/ARG_Injury_and_Disease/notes/783/ was pasted and saved. The system transformed it to ../../../../ARG_Injury_and_Disease/notes/783/
