Does the problem relate to the entities conflict? Some place entities as "Helsink"i, "Rostov-on-Don", "Novorossiysk", "Vyborg" are recognized by the system, but not visualized on the map.

Fixed. It was due to a bug in the NTE for recognizing one of the 10 ways to specify lat/long coordinates in dbpedia.
