Can be turned on by setting doMiniIsolation = "precomputed".
With this setting, the packedPFCandidates are not accessed by the lepton analyzer, speeding up the processing significantly.
Other fancy features (isolation scans, directional iso, etc..) still require the PF candidates, of course.
