Transfers for 2018 data #746

Hi @mdunser,

Would it be possible to subscribe to CERN the MiniAODs for 2018 data for the lepton and MET PDs? Excluding the currently-incomplete MuonEG Run2018 B and C, it would be about 110 Tb

BTW, maybe we could clean up some more Run 1 stuff from /store/cmst3/user and /store/cmst3/group/cmgtools (if it still exists) and increase by another 100 Tb or so? @cerminar

Ciao Giovanni,

currently we have 188 TB subscribed with a 300 TB quota, and your request is 113.5 TB. So in theory this would exceed what we have by 1.5 TB. However, I’m sure we can convince people to give us that 1.5 TB temporarily, since it’s not a hard quota.

@cerminar promised we’d get a TB of local space for every TB of cleanup. I tried to negotiate more, but unsuccessfully.

So sometime next week I’ll look into the data stored in cmst3/group and make a proposal to delete things.
