Summary

Add XML config file for VS2022
Modify Compile.m so that nvcc can find cl.exe
See #348

Test

Run d03_generateData.m successfully

Environment

Windows 10 64bit
VS2022 (VS2019, VS2017 folders are renamed)
CUDA 11.6
GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
MATLAB R2021b

Note

For python, no modification was necessary. I could run example.py successfully in the environment of Python 3.8.10 (anaconda).
