Diondo data loader #419

Add import functionality for scans taken on diondo scanners e.g. a d5.

Hi,

I'm afraid I'd completely forgotten about this, thanks for the reminder. I think that version is ready for you to look over and merge if you are happy with it. I've not made any updates to it since then, but can make some tweaks if there are bits you aren't happy with.

@pjb304 Thanks! :) That sounds great. Would it be possible to share with me some dataset so I can make a MATLAB version too?
Privately, of course, and happy to delete it immediately after.

I've just shared data with you via the uni safesend system to your gmail account. It's a nice small one so hopefully won't be too painful to work with :)

Heads up, I made a commit that adds the log-trasnform to the Diondo Data loader.
