Can scatter correction in python as well? #450

Strong to see the python version for scatter correction

Scatter correction is for now only part of the VarianDataLoader and indeed its not available in python yet (#201). I don't forsee to be able to implement it anytime soon as I simply don't have enough time to do so, but would be very happy to aid anyone that is trying to do it.
