tigre version error #497

My environment looks like this: cuda 10.0

python 3.6.13

TensorFlow 1.15.4

Numpy 1.16.0

Scipy 1.2.1 Could you please tell me which Tigre version can be adapted to me?

@yuanpengpeng I don't really know... Those are quite old versions of everything. If the current master does not work, try 2.3, but if that doesn't work, I am not sure which one is exactly the one that should.
