I have seen versions of this paper implemented in various context: https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12194-024-00790-1

its simple enough that having it in TIGRE may help

(I think ) The first one (Kalender) is the first paper on the sinogram impainting method.

The second one (Meyer) is the original paper on NMAR.
