In backoffice. When you export a record from CDS to ILS, the e-item that is created is both marked as ‘login required’ and ‘open access’. As we check the records after exportation, we change it but I think it would make more sense to only have them marked as ‘login required’, as that’s the most often the case. Would require less intervention from our side as we only need to change the ones that are OA.
