Show results of search from videos.cern.ch on cds.cern.ch #1315

If a user is searching in "Multimedia & Outreach" collection, send the search query to videos.cern.ch and if there are any results, add a small message above the list of results on cds: There are also 5 results on videos.cern.ch (similar message, to when a user is searching for "cern60" and we display Looking for a particular collection? Try: CERN60).

similar if in the c or cc argument there is any collection mentioning videos.
