WIP html_utils: improved MathML support #131

Enriches the list of recognized MathML tags following the reference available at: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/MathML/Element
Introduces the possibility to simply HTML-escape everything but the specific MathML tags, thus allowing to preserve MathML.

Wow I forgot about this branch. I think we need still tests, because of:
