Karton was updated to v5. Karton 5 uses boto3 as S3 binding so we need to make our own minio.Minio object when we want to make direct calls to the MinIO instance
In previous version: logs were collected in memory and then flushed to the file and Karton resource. I changed the behavior to write logs directly to the file using FileHandler set on root logger (as we want to collect logs from other components as well)
