This is a pre-emptive issue in anticipation of the migration of the CERT Guide to CVD to its own github.io site at https://certcc.github.io/CERT-Guide-to-CVD We're nearing the rollout of an mkdocs-material site for that to replace https://vuls.cert.org/confluence/display/CVD
Once the new site is online, we need to update links in the SSVC documentation accordingly. I'm creating this issue now to spawn a branch for the eventual PR
