lt_archive needs the mode and saveFlag option to be user configurable #448

The current lt_archive.sh hard codes the hsi put saveFlag="PR". This option doesn't delete the local files upon successful copy to HPSS. There should be a DOUT_L xml option that allows the user to specify the mode and whether or not to delete local files.

This is addressed in the case_lt_archive.py port to python.
