remove handleDuplicateNodeForm() #77

remove handleDuplicateNodeForm and replace it by content of handleNewNodeForm(), which is almost the same. I always forget to add same functionality on two places.

Apply all last modification of handleNewNodeForm() into handleDuplicateNodeForm too.

we are working on new version (developed in https://github.com/CESNET/Netopeer-GUI/tree/netopeerguid). This issue is not actual any more.
