Run frontend as docker Run backend as docker

Provide instructions to launch using Docker instead of using vagrant

This would resolve #17 and #18

Hello, a new version of the GUI is in development and should be available around February in this repository. It will contain dockerfile as well as vagrantfile for easier deployment.
