vidcap file keyboard control doesn't work when invoked as #2 device in switcher

Interactive keyboard control doesn't work when file vidcap is initialized as a second in switcher:

uv -t switcher -t testcard -t file:file.mp4

(it however works if initialized as a first device: uv -t switcher -t file:file.mp4 -t testcard)

I can confirm that is how it works. Thank you. I guess I should have tested that first.
