Latest EMI3 update breaks WMS (glite-lb-common) #25

Hi,

the update to glite-lb-common breaks the WMS, the error is: Do you want to file the WMS ticket for *\ glite-wms-lm: Starting LogMonitor...Cannot create the Loop object: Invalid context parameter setting. [FAILED]

*\ glite-wms-jc: Starting JobController daemon(s) Starting JobController...Cannot create the Loop object: Invalid context parameter setting. [FAILED] Starting CondorG...

I've downgraded glite-lb-common and it works again. (The WMS and LB are on different hosts.)

Kinda embarrassing error due to fixing issue #20, in glite-lb-common 9.1.0.

Fixed in e184d3bc3abd3af86bf785033a94eda9d42ed663 and added unittest in 292a91972ba34a8f20633d3f02947711f3e416a0.
