Some people may want to configure allowed ciphers for LB communications (see GGUS#111636), neither Globus GSS layer nor OpenSSL can do it without calling OpenSSL API from code (Globus GSI has SSL_LOW cipher strength hardcoded as good enough).

Globus GSI defaults improved a lot, this issue is even less important than before, closing.
