fbitexpire hangs on SIGTERM while Scanner is active #68

Terminating fbitexpire (SIGTERM) while it is scanning ("Directory: scanning ..."), leaves fbitexpire in an undefined/hanging state. Only killing the process seems to bring back the shell.
