Changed "Pakiti is using the.." to "Pakiti uses the.." Modfied "compares the versions against versions which are.." to "compares versions against other versions which are.." Removed "obtains" from "obtained obtains" due to redundancy Removed "the" from "list of the registered systems" as the systems were not specified Changed "machines to be kept silently.." to "machines by keeping them silently.." for present tense consistency throughout the paragraph

Hello, I have made some changes to your README file. The reason is that I am tasked by my professor to help github projects be more easy to read and understand. I have not made any changes to your code.
