Ansible updates

Various updates, following my test using Ansible to deploy a pakiti server:

• fix path to PHP modules in server-bootstrap.php
• Add bullseye to DefaultConfig.php
• Align Alias, Location and path in Apache VHost file
• Use builtin git module to checkout the repo remotely, allowing to specify a specific tag/version
• Allow to use custom template files for apache conf and pakiti conf

Let me know if you want me to remove some modifications or do some other changes.
