Various updates, following my test using Ansible to deploy a pakiti server:

fix path to PHP modules in server-bootstrap.php
Add bullseye to DefaultConfig.php
Align Alias, Location and path in Apache VHost file
Use builtin git module to checkout the repo remotely, allowing to specify a specific tag/version
Allow to use custom template files for apache conf and pakiti conf

Let me know if you want me to remove some modifications or do some other changes.
