3D diagnostics were not being flipped when passed back and forth; shortwave was being supplied with incorrect units.
This fixes the light issue that was being observed when comparing MARBL and BEC.

This doesn't change anything fundamental except a couple of minor tweaks in the MARBL driver, so hopefully can be a quick merge. Have tested with my roms_marbl_example case
