This PR introduces:

Passing attributes of the <RemoteForceInterface\> as variables to the force integrator (with example)
Passing variables to the LAMMPS/LIGGGHTS configuration file (see example)
Automatic timestep in LAMMPS/LIGGGHTS integration
ease-in attribute for particles to ease in into linear or angular velocity

@shkodm This can potentially create a merge conflict with your modifications in simplepart (OK/DEAD stuff). We will solve it when time comes.
