  1. The % numbers for sliders should be shown beside the slider. Font should be much smaller
  2. Less vertical space usage by options
  3. "General" should always be shown so it should not be a panel
  4. Move sliders for subplot margin/height/size to top level general options
  5. Tooltip Display should be its own panel
  6. Move Genetic/Amplicon Features options to top level general options
  7. Move Data Zoom to top level general options
  8. Move Y-axis options to top level general options
  9. Rename "Chart Properties" to "Advanced Options"
  10. "Amplicon Depth" option should be moved to top-level general options and renamed to "Show amplicon depth"
