Dependencies #6

Should cadcutils and healpy be included as dependencies in the setup file? Setting up my environment at home and import errors happened at line 18 of storage and line 12 of util.

HEALpy is definitely being used in the catalogue-building step. The exception classes from CADCutils are being used in the cutout function in storage.
